We purchased our Aerotron though a US online store which did not provide necessary installation parts. We were surprised and SO happy with the personal assistance we got with our tricky special installation from the Aerotron rep for the US

Replaced the receiver ($89) on my Aeratron AE2 receiver with the help of Chat GPT since it was originally installed by my electrician. Fan now works great. Would have been good to know that you should turn the power off at the wall every time your turn off the fan with the remote.

We are very pleased with our new Aeratron fan. It is the perfect size for our compact bedroom. It is sculpturally beautiful and of excellent quality. Most importantly, it’s silent so will help with good sleep.

I absolutely adore the quality of this fan. It operates incredibly quietly and smoothly. Although its installation was less conventional compared to other ceiling fan models, it was surprisingly easy to assemble and install.

I love, love, love this fan. It's super quiet and doesn't push around air so much as creates indoor breezes. It's gotta be magic or some kinda engineering. Anyhoo, it was a sad, sad, sad day when it stopped working. A quick email back and forth with an Aeratron rep (no chatbot here, but a real human man named Scott!) pegged the problem as a busted receiver. He also told me it'd be easy and cheap to swap in a new one myself. And you know what? That real human man was right. The new receiver was smaller than my old one which made cramming it back into the fan housing painless. As an added bonus, that tiny X/0 pairing toggle was moved to a better position and easier to switch, so kudos to the magicians and/or enginners who keep making this fan more kick ass.

Quiet , dependable, easy to install and easy to use. I also say that you get what you pay for. We have 4 of the smaller ones and just purchased the larger one . That certainly speaks volumes. Thank you for a well designed product

First I love my Aeratron fan and by choosing a full-time RV lifestyle for the past 7 years, could not live without it. One day, it wouldn't turn on. We seldom turn it off. After an internet search with no good answers, I called Aeratron and Scott answered. He said I needed a new module. I questioned but he assured me that was the case. Scott even accommodated my limited delivery options, as package delivery is difficult at most campgrounds. He got the package our right away. I installed it and we have our fan back. Thanks!!!

Scott H. was excellent at troubleshooting which part we needed to get our fan running again. The new FR/FQ Receiver arrived quickly in the mail. He advised us on how to remove the broken one and install the new one, and our fan is working great again!

First my comment about the fan: It's nearly silent, especially in the lowest 3 settings. You can set it for very gentle breeze and you can set it for major air movement. The remote control allows you to put a timer on, which is a great addition. The fan itself is beautiful -- it really enhances my room. My overall assessment: Wow - this is a great fan!

Now my comment about the service. I ordered the fan. Then I emailed the company about how to wire it up. Rather than rely on a confusing email, they called me back. After speaking with Aeratron, we decided that a different model would be better for me. They stopped my initial order and switched the the FR3. Then they even gave me an extra discount even though I didn't ask for it and created extra work for them by switching the order! My overall assessment: Wow - this is great service!
